I like how this refers mainly to people in retirement, or close to it. You’d be surprised how many people actually retire to Thailand as there is an amazing level of medical care and professionals on the mainland. On your last point, visiting places that are cheap, how about an Eco Resort in Thailand, my friend Shela runs a resort call Jaiyen Resort, it’s a place to go and heal, be one with nature and get in touch with yourself once again, you’d be surprised how many people my age visit there (and not for the other stuff thats heavily advertised).
