  1. I’ve never heard of people renting their car out. It makes perfect sense, but it seems pretty creative. Then, when the car is rented, why not rent out the garage. People rent rooms, so why not?

    • Hey David,

Recently, I have seen many of my friends on Twitter renting cars out on Turo. They can make pretty good money on them. I have actually rented a scooter in Taiwan from an individual through an app. The gig economy and renting out extra space is a good ways to may some good money. It started with Airbnb and then Uber, and now you have Turo and others.

I once saw a family move into their pool house and rent out their main house. There is an opportunity in many places.
